Well remember @Xelnagahunter is a married man with his own kids now, and he has to take care of them right, but I know he may not be on for at least 2 weeks or something but he has his own children which he has to take care of, and when he takes them on holidays, he won't be on for a long time because he's doing something nice for his family, and he may not be on for a while, so I don't really know about this suggestion.
Xelnaga will never get demoted because of how much he has contributed and he is a high staff rank on Skyblock.net/.org.
I don't want to use names, but katokillmygpa hasn't been very active on the MV forums. He is active on skyblock but he isn't really here much.
I kind of support this, I can name some moderators that can be inactive, but it's not there fault, here's and example. DarkChyldeone is a Moderator on .ORG,.NET,Mineverse, and Im not sure about hellblock, that's 3 servers, to moderate, that's kinda tough, She will be active whenever possbile, same with Kato, KatoKillsMyGPA is a Administrator on Hellblock,and a moderator on MV,and .net,I'm not sure about .org. it's tough being active on 3 servers and moderating them, I recommend we demote moderators who only moderate one server, and just don't wanna moderate, not moderators who sometimes can't be active.

A decent idea; however, if certain individuals give notice of leave they should be exempt (i.e. letting Cyp know they will be out of the country or something for a bit). Also, perhaps 1-2 weeks is a little short of a time? Maybe a month? You never know, certain events may come suddenly (like a family death) and may detract from online time. But, yes, keeping (genuinely) inactive Mods around doesn't make sense, I agree. The ones who go AWOL, pretty much.
They only got staff because of skyblock.net. They don't even play here cough cough Kato, but it's the admins letting them get away of this. When having a sever of 800+ and there only being 5 active staff thats just shocking. Personally I am tired of mineverse being treated like sh*t. Noobcrew is much more involved with the .net community then here so if the owner does it why shouldn't the inactive staff do it.
Cyp said awhile ago he is not promoting anymore mods/smods from .org/.net the reason why Troy and I were promoted was to help out on mv because they needed experienced mods to help to new ones. e.g they promoted some smods here aswell to help us keep order and slowly build a good moderating team. This is the reason why im promoted as it is hard to build a whole new staff team with random players that none you know of being trusted nor experienced.
You do know that the staff are people too? We have lives and sometimes we can't be active as members expect.
