IGN/Team Name: jasmine476 Map Name: Hardcore Parkour Gamemode for Map: New gamemode (preferably make the parkour gamemode into a folder and fit both Parkour and Hardcore Parkour in there. Description of Map: Are you a parkour master? Are you the completed rank on normal parkour and looking for a much harder challenge? You are going to have a bad time... introducing... HARDCORE PARKOUR This map plans to give those who think parkour is simple quite the challenge. This map consists of a total of 88 courses with 4 master courses and a champion's course. In my opinion, level 22 is about the difficulty of level 24 of regular parkour. This may not seem all "hardcore" to you, but trust me, i'm getting to that. The parkour has a strange difficulty curve, increasing exponentially throughout the courses. By the time you reach course level LXXIII (73), you will start to notice a major bump in difficulty. This map is made to have levels generally shorter than regular parkour, but alot harder. For those of you who know me well, i'm BIG into parkour. Most of the jumps I have seen across all parkour servers i've been on (that use only slabs, blocks, trapdoors, cobble walls, fences, iron bars, and ladders) are put here. Some levels even test your knowledge of minecraft physics (for instance, you can not jump into a 2 block tall gap if the block you are jumping from is a half block down and you are jumping from more than 1 block long of a gap). This map is designed to give even me a challenge at beating it. For most people, this map is not meant to be beaten. This map is meant to see how you rank compared to other people. But for that 0.001% who have the potential to beat this map, I challenge you. So, are you up to the challenge? How far can you get up this menacing looking tower? Only time will tell... Screenshots/Recording: http://imgur.com/a/ltSUm Other extra info: Ranks go in this order I, II, III, ... ... ... LXXXVII, LXXXVIII, Master I, (Access to Master I) Master II, (Access to Master II) Master III, (Access to Master III) Master IV, (Access to Master IV) Master V, (Access to Champion's Course) Champion
I knew I'd get something like that from you :D EDIT: doing a YT video of a complete run (with fails [obviously]) 2 or 3 parts. 1-50, 51-88 (and maybe masters)
No support, we already have a parkour map and some people mess up on 1. and it's hard enough for new players if they wanna try it out.
