I can sort of see the hacks in the second screenshot but I do not see if it is 100% true or not. Do you have like video evidence to support your answer? If not, then I will let another mod decide.

I can definitely see the hacks, when I see a hacker using rapid fire bow this is usually what my screenshots look just like.
