Prison Hacking = McMMO reset

Hi.
This is a simple and easily understood suggestion for Prison. *

Suggestion:

A player who hacks or cheats to gain McMMO stats will have that respective McMMO stat erased.
Cheating scenario: Auto AFK grinding through the use of water, signs and an acro grinder.
Hacking scenarios used as examples below.

1st offence: Stat of the cheated stat is removed for players who hack to gain them.
Example: I use Mob aura with my fist. I get caught. All my unarmed McMMO is removed, but my other stats remain untouched, and I get banned as well.

2nd offence: Reset ALL the McMMO statistics of a player who hacks to gain them.
Example: I use Mob aura and get caught. I've earned some McMMO levels in them. I get banned for 31 days and as an added punishment all of my McMMO stats get reset.

A player only has his stats removed if he was hacking McMMO levels.

Why?

• Deterrent. Those who would not like to risk all their hard work getting reset would not hack to win.
• Prevents accumulation of un-legitimate stats. Basically, a lot of hackers simply endure the 1 month ban and come back with their un-legit stats. This was how the '2nd Prison' functioned. Lots of aura'ers were banned and came back with the same stats.

Further Explanation:

• How this will work:
  1. Player gets banned for 'stats cheating/hacking'.
  2. Player makes an appeal. Stats have not been reset, yet.
  3. If it is accepted, the player is 'obviously' cleared off wrongdoing and no harm to his stats is done. If it is denied, stats are removed at some point during the player's ban. (e.g. 20 days left, stats reset during this time)
  4. Denied appeal: player comes back after a month. Starts off at 0 McMMO stats.

• Why such a harsh punishment? If you don't hack, there's no reason to be scared. As I said above, this method acts as a deterrent.

• What if a bias moderator bans me incorrectly while I am grinding? Appeal. My suggestion states that one's statistics are not removed unless the appeal is denied. If you still get incorrectly banned, just appeal to a Head Mod.
• On what condition will I get my stats getting reset? You will only be reset for using hacks or cheats that aid in McMMO.
• Example for hacking: Kill aura on mobs(called Mob aura)/players, Nuker, Auto-fish. Example for cheating: Auto AFK acro-grinder(stated above).

Moderators have to further prove that the player is not under Name Protect or whatsoever.
1. Player in question has to be inspected to prove that their stats are increasing.

*This suggestion is not restricted to Prison only.

Support, this would be useful to show players they shouldn't hack. When they come back unbanned, I think a message should be shown in chat (only to the unbanned hacker) that his MCMMO was reset because he was hacking. I also think MCMMO should be enabled back in the Prison.

I don't agree with this because I've personally been falsely banned for cheating and this would be a huge blow to someone that has experienced the same. There should be a filter for different "levels" of cheaters if this should become a possibility.

 

It clearly says you gotta prove their levels are going up in that skill. Kinda hard to get falsed lmao

It's enabled, but only in the Free World. The message idea is great for players who will be wondering why their McMMO reset.

That is indeed my suggestion.

If, by unlucky chance, a player is framed, I am sure he will appeal and sort things out with the mod(s). There must be sufficient evidence of the player cheating McMMO through mob aura or 'AFK acro-grinders', of course.
