So. If you have noticed, I am now the second most "hated" person on forums. You are probably wondering, "why? I can't find any stupid posts from this guy, and he seems nice to have any stalkers." I have the answer to that. I have been rating spammed. The reason being, because someone decided to be a jerk (avoiding bad language here) and return a "favor". I'm here to report this, and state what this all is. Forum Name: MrParkourGuy Offenders Name: poooauly What this racist jerk did: Said speaking another language makes you better (in this case, Chinese) couldn't learn how to spell, and rating abused. What provoked this: I had some posts in the Gwism thread. That is 1 part of rating abuse. As you can see, this alleged "14 year old" was being racist, and a total d-bag. If you scroll down, you will see my angered post. (Which I give myself full permission to post, I'm half Asian) I then proceeded to rate a few of his posts badly (something I revoked) and went to sleep. I woke up the next morning, ready to do this shiz here on the forums, when I saw my alerts. I had 40. 32 of those were thumbs down and disagrees and all that. I was officially 2nd most hated. 31 of those bad ratings? pooauly. I was pissed, devastated, and upset all at once. I figured I would report it, and then the mod would say, only the user can revoke those ratings. The worst part is, it seems pretty legit, the not being able to remove ratings Since I'm sure nothing will be done about my ratings, I just want to see him get what he deserves. What can happen: Someone can tell him, either revoke ALL the ratings, or get forum banned. What else can happen: He gets a warning point, I get 31 bad ratings. Worst Case scenario: I get framed, banned, and more hatred. I believe there was a similar offense (and very serious) on Skyblock forums that you may remember, and I believe the offender had her ability to rate posts revoked. Perhaps for this offense a similar punishment could be looked into, or simply a rating reset.
I see this as a slightly serious matter. Being on the most "hated" list gives off the wrong... vibe. I dont want to be disliked because of a biased opinion.
Well... I did kinda flame this guy for being racist in a.. written out way. I was actually quite civil about it...
I was suppose to deal with this but the player was already forum banned by Edward. But I felt the problem wasn't solved (Sorry Edward) so I decided to unban him from the forums and sent him a message on his profile saying that he has 3 days to revoke the ratings or a forum ban will be applied.
UPDATE : Just found out that even though you remove a person's warnings they still remain banned. Well , I told Cypriot about this. He might remove them for you , I think.
