The original Nuketown has even more boosting spots.
Jungle was removed for a reason, that reason being no one liked it and it was a very annoying/boring map.
Carnival hasn't been altered at all besides the changes to fix the map. And I don't think you'd want to play it without the fixes.
Forest is the only map you listed that I agree should be added back.

Some maps you didn't include are:
Should be added back: Halloween, Stronghold, First Mineshaft
Shouldn't be added back: Hi-Jacked

I believe that's all from the original rotation. I'll feel like a bum if I forgot any.

Omg. I can't believe I didn't catch on to this. Carnival isn't an old Infection map. It was one of the many maps added in.

 

yes, it was built on creative but the version that had the tree part, no hidding in bedrock and the iron door was much better.
