I can't do anything with my Supreme Rank

So I bought my Supreme rank a while ago and I quitted Minecraft for about 6 months. Well now I can't do anything with my Supreme rank means I still have the red Supreme nametag and rank sign left beside my name but I can't access to any /kits /me /hat nothing. No features except the name tag. 6 Months ago everything worked.

Kits were removed on every gamemode without kitpvp and Oppvp due to the EULA. If you have issues with your rank the moderators sadly cant do anything about it, you need to get contact with [email protected]

 

Remember if you email [email protected] Be Sure to keep bumping that email, Meaning to got to the email and simply reply to the email that you have sent, Why? its so that the mineverse has a better chance of seeing it because The mineverse Email gets a lot of emails per day. I suggest to bump the email every day or every 2 days, if you do it everyday it has a better chance of them seeing the email you have sent them.
