This is a simple suggestion, but I think it would help a lot. I suggest we have moderators just for the forums. They won't have powers in-game, and they would make the forums a lot more organized as they aren't required to be in-game as well. This isn't to say they couldn't go in-game, they would just spend more time focusing the forums.
Nah I want to know if Forum Moderators would be able to do anything that regular Moderators can't do on the forums, such as extra forum permissions. I just wouldn't see a point in adding it if they will have regular permissions, considering we have a large amount of mods and a forum administrator.
No Support. Really useless unless they want to waste their time moving threads all day into the correct forum catergories. They wouldn't be able to do any reports in-game and help players who would specifically need help in-game. Seriously it's not needed because we already have enough staff members to control a this size of a forums.
Now that I think aboout it, they could also respond to reports in-game, just not go actively seeking rule breakers. Also, they could focus more on helping players on the forums. A bit ago, I saw a thread about someone that needed help with two factor authentication. No mod helped them (Busy I assume), and I had to take matters into my own hands.
I don't think this is necessary. The current staff team can handle the amount of moderation required on forums without any problems. If you see a problem that no staff are handling, just use the "Report" button. It'll get resolved faster that way.
I Don't Really Agree Because One of the perms for being a Moderator is to Moderate the Forums and that the staff team could handle it like Charisa Has said.
