I been requesting a ban for a couple days now, but they dont give that away. The exact reason I requested a ban was for my alt, because it got hacked. But this is SO important to me, I really need a ban, because I spent over $100 dollars on it and it's my brother's acc.

You can, and there's no reason why it should not have been.

 

even then they could gain access by getting the new password, perm banning it for a while will just bore out the hacker because they can't do anything much on MV

 

Not if you secure your accounts. Link your email to your phone. If you don't have a phone, create a new email with a 20+ digit password and link it to that. There are many precautions to prevent people gaining access to your account.
