No support, there's no reason to, other then it being annoying. It's also a legitimate tactic. Plus making people aware of this rule would be difficult.
No support. This would cause many false reports, and it's just overall a pretty bad idea. If you can't accept that using the bow is not a part of pvp, then stop pvp'ing.
No Support, reasons stated by Linux. Bow spamming would be a terrible offense as a rule. Why would someone get banned of a technique of player combat? How will you judge that someone is bow spamming? It's like saying 'I've bowed someone 10 times for the past 10 seconds. Is that considered bow spamming?'.
