Well this thread is pretty straight forward, I know there are a few threads about this but raising awareness really can't hurt, also the majority of them do not contain an actual full list. I will be doing each game mode separately, and things that are on the majority of the gamemodes. If I have missed anything out please comment below and I will edit this. KitPvP Access to /kit Access to /pv OpPvP Access to /kit Access to /pv Factions Ability to set extra homes OpFactions Ability to set extra homes Skywars Skyblock Access to /god Access to /fly Skygrid Hellblock Access to /god Access to /fly Access to /kit GTA Infection Access to /kit OpPrison Prison Ability to set extra homes Ability to own extra plots Survival Ability to set extra warps, Access to /enchant Global The ability to use a voting site and gain ingame rewards. /heal (/heal * is allowed) /feed (/feed * is allowed) /fix /fix all
It's not Mojang, they don't really care about the game anymore they'd prefer to start developing new games but Microsoft is forcing them to enforce the EULA and bring out new updates. Sucks even more that it got blacklisted just over a day that opfactions got released.
For Infection, do you mean the xp donor kits or just the donor kits? and I didn't know voting was against EULA :o
Yes the xp kit, although it's classed more as a booster than a kit. Secondly, voting is allowed as long as you don't get any in game rewards with it. I've heard that some servers found a way to bypass it but I'm sure the people who said it were telling the truth.
Essentially the simple rule is do not make commercial use of anything we've made unless we've specifically said it's okay. 1)If we consider the in-game rewards as" bonuses" would that still count as commercialisation? 2)The EULA says "do not make commercial use of anything we've made".I am no expert but doesn't this mean that content available thru Plugins and/or other user-created content can/should be available for commercialisation?
I know that but the EULA shouldn't be so strict about the commercialisation of their products when thats the main (if not the only) way a server -which is the main reason people play minceraft- can exist.
