Im not trying to be rude or disrespectful but you comment saying something that's not true maybe get your facts correct before you comment i would appreciate it... however i dont understand one thing you are saying.

No they can't. When you connect to mineverse you join the proxy. They can't get your exact IP they can only get a rough idea. (Example your IP is 00.000.000.00, it wouldn't show up) That's why it says "possible alts" when they do an IP check.
This may have already been stated here by someone else, but IP bans are useless. People have many options to get around these kinds of bans. Renewing their IP address. This takes 2-4 minutes to accomplish Proxies. VPS Sorry, but I cant support it because it will not work.
No support too many ways to bypass this and there are too many flaws with this. VPN's, resetting your IP and having more than one ISP, the list goes on and on. For me it's bad enough when my nephews get banned for chat violations never mind ending up IP banned if they decide to hack.
Well.... they bypass normal bans so I don't see why there can be extra security it'll stop heaps of alts
I really don't like IP Bans. My brothers, cousins, and I have all had a really frustrating time with IP Bans because they always manage to ban every single one of us, instead of just the one offender in my family.
A large minority of people on mineverse have siblings who play on the server or a friend who plays at their house. Mineverse has IP bans but it is only used in extreme circumstances. The only person I know who is IP banned had been banned nearly 100 times before. ^^^^
Omg thank you, idk where people got the everyone gets banned idea though. So this really isn't possible unless we deal with the proxies
