Ok so I've noticed that over the past year or so the chat has been... a bit hostile... Yes I'm very aware that you can just report players with using screenshots... and some mods warn people in chat... However... I think it would be a good idea if they had a position you could apply for to help with chat and in-game instructions. Kind of like a mini-mod thing so it would be easier for the owners to tell if people would abuse their power. So it would be like a test trial. If people thought they were doing a good job, and they got enough reports of chat and helped other's with rules and not major reports they could move up to mod. Yes this would be annoying to some with the whole "Mini-Mod" thing going around, but honestly there aren't many people that are willing to constantly report people for what they keep saying in some gamemodes. Yes it is cleaner chat in some gamemodes, but I think it could be helpful considering like half of the pvp-related and the creative server.. Thanks for taking the time to read this suggestion.
Support. Helper is like the rank below Moderator. It isn't as special as mod, but more of like a beginning staff rank. I think we should add this. I do not, however, believe it to be a mini mod. It is the first step of a staff member, sort of how Moderator is now. I think the tag Moderator would seem more important if it was a middle ground level between a newbie staff member, and an older staff member (i.e. Senior Mod)
Yeah.. it can be annoying but the chat situation really needs to be addressed a little bit more then it is being right now. (No offense staff) It does take a lot of time to screenshot and it gets annoying but people still have feelings over the internet.
Yeah I think it would be a good idea to have some on just as kind of like a helper to the chat censor that sadly only works 50% of the time.
ahem this isn't net ;) No support, there's no need for more staff positions (not promotions) as the staff is already great and big.
