Re-no support. You can't lock a position of moderator just to unlock it again. How should I be sure you're dedicated and wont resign under pressure? You also had another recent ban. I will most likely not be changing my opinion unless I see some drastic changes.

I want to see Reports:Banned filled up with at least some of your reports. I don't see any recently. I want to see that you're capable of dealing with hackers, island farming (not necessarily, but having video recording of hackers will at least prove that you have the recording ability to catch these kinds of offences) and chat offences.

Now, you keep on getting Moderators to lock your application, then put it back up again. I know for one time you were banned for hacks (and if I'm not wrong, even before that, for hacks or something like that on Prison). I don't believe you are hacking, but some videos I've seen now make me doubt that you are actually playing legit. I like you as a friend, Terror, but I hope you'll understand.

I don't think you have the dedication to Mineverse to do this.

I agree on the mute part. I don't think you know forum rules enough. About dedication, I agree too. However, for resigning under pressure, I may have to argue that. No one knows what life throws at you. Let's say (touchwood) that someone in your family has a big issue, or there's a family bereavement (touchwood), in other words, a big issue. You'll get pressure. And sometimes if you can't take it, I don't think it's fair to say that the Moderator isn't supposed to resign because he/she has issues in life that they think they can't handle just yet. In fact, I would understand. However, if the Moderator is just on regular schedule, and just feels pressure and resigns, I will be a bit frustrated, as he/she should have looked at their own schedule to see if it can fit.

Life is unpredictable and you can't keep Moderators forever. Sometimes when life is just suddenly terrible and there's no way to deal with things soon, I would commend the Moderator (or ex-Moderator) for being able to manage their own time and set priorities.

 

Yes, I agree with this. I may have worded my reply clumsily, as that's not what I meant. I also understand if it is irl issues. What I meant was that, seeing the amount of times he has locked his application after getting quite a few no supports, does this mean that he can not handle the hate that moderators get? Is the pressures of being a moderator, the expectations and certain rules too much for him? I say this because of his recent bans and mutes, which, again, would warrant a demote. They are not what the staff team wants to see from him.

Changing to no support. You changed a lot from the old Terror. You are closing and re-opening your app again and again. You were mad at me for nothing on prison and you even told me ''I am not applying for mod anymore'' but you are still re-opening your app. I don't think you are ready.
