Oh come on, if you are that closed minded you shouldn't be in the suggestions section. I am quoting my own post for your own sake for you to read again. Thanks for your feedback! Although I am a wannabe debater, English is not my strong point. So I would appreciate an explanation.
Well, even with a screenshare, they may have a hacked client stored in another folder and that they reprogrammed Minecraft to read versions from that folder. No method is 100% effective. Probably not even 50%.
A couple of questions before I conclude my opinion on this suggestion. Question 1. In what situations would a moderator use this? For example: if the moderator isn't sure that a player he/she/apache helicopter is observing is using a client? Or is this a ''must do'' if a moderator bans someone. Please elaborate. Question 2. Some younger children have strict parents who do not allow their children to use TeamSpeak, or even have another person access their computer or even see their folders in a simple screen-share. What happens to these people? Do they automatically get banned because they refused to share their screen? Question 3. Following that up, what happens if a player refuses to share their screen? Do they get a minor warning? Shorter ban? A full on ban?
Eh, changing to a neutral. It could be annoying on a raiding server such as factions. What happens if a mod wants to ss while you're getting raided or raiding someone else? Would the mod wait or just freeze them and let their work go to waste? A follow up on Ares' point, what if someone refuses is their pc can not handle teamspeak while minecraft is open. For example my internet is extremely bad, I can't even have 2 windows open while playing minecraft. When I try using ts or skype while playing I crash 90% of the time and the other 10% is very laggy a ss would only update every 1-3 minutes.
If your pc is that bad then I doubt you'll be so good at the game and won't get ssed in the first place. So there is nothing to worry about. This community gets on my nerves sometimes lmao.
1. It's used if the player activity is suspicious. 2. That's just an excuse everyone uses, 99% of 200 people can get ts, sacrifice that 1% to make the server a better place, mineverse people are too use to getting treated like babies and getting away with things. 3. Anyone that refuses with suspicious activity will most likely be banned, that's how it is on the other 100+ servers with this plugin. This system we use for banning is old.. We need an upgrade to help. Too bad so many people don't care about ghost clients, autoclickers, radar.
Do you have any other better ways of catching ghost clients, autoclickers, and radar? If so I'll love to hear. FYI
No, I just do not support this suggestion for the answers I received. I understand your perspective as to why you want this, and I'll respect that. But I just don't want it. That's all.
