As most people know Eula makes it so no server is p2w its f2p and a way to get round this on kitpvp is to make it so normal players can achieve commands such as ./fix and ./heal and /pv 1-2, a way that this can be introduced is a higher rank than commander such as General which gives normal players access to all the unfair donor perks like the ones I have stated above. This new rank should cost $1000 to make it a challenge / yet fun to get to this rank for all players and this will make kitpvp1 -2 fair and will 100% take away the p2w aspect of this game mode. Pro's with this is that it will abide to the Eula's rule but a con to this is that donors that payed for there commands will feel ripped which is sad but we cant do much in this instance. Another way to get around this is to add rank missions, this means when you buy a rank it gives you a rank mission instead of giving you a rank strait away, this would wont when u use the rank mission you have wait 15 seconds and it will tell all the server that a rank mission is taking place and the coordinates to the mission and it will spawn in cow with very high health and you can do this on all the servers to make it Eula compliant. Neutral- honestly I would prefer these command not exist at all in kit pvp but I can see how some donors would still want their perks
EULA doesn't stop servers being p2w. It just stops people making money for selling items/commands to an individual. *pretty much impossible
