Lag issues

Yes @kinsey_kid , I know what you meant by be active in the help section <;

Anyway. Recently (in the past couple of days) I have been experiencing a large amount of server lag, like lag spikes, which has never happened before. It seems like since the server got blacklisted that this has happened. I have tried everything, like tweaking my options and downloading optifine. Nothing seems to work.

Has this lag been caused by the blacklisting? Is it usual? Is there any way that I can prevent lagging? All help would be appreciated <:

It is normal, the server has been having so much problems with lag, lag spikes have been occuring so much, this couldn't be caused of the blacklist.

Edit: fixed mispelling problems *on phone Rn*

It hasn't been happening before though until the blacklist occured

 

All I could say then is that monjang did something to the server, or someone is D dosing it

Maybe try to tweak your settings

 

Which ones?

 

Clouds off, fancy um I forgot what category but make it fancy and then like max fps and the one that says how far your render distance is, etc try to half them.

If you hover over each option in your settings, it will explain which is the fastest. It won't help with server lag, but it gives you the best fps

 

Yeah, I've seen that and I've done it. You can lock this thead. If anyone has more advice then they can post it on my wall. Thanks you <3
