I have confidence and I felt like I should not give up till that goal is achieved. I changed my mind and re-opened my application. I feel like I can become a moderator and go way past expectations if I do become one. Thank you for asking.

1. You're over bumping your application by replying to 1 person at a time, rather than quoting multiple people.

2. You've came to me asking about your application and what to do, then basically ignored what I said.

3. You're not really changing, though you keep saying you are. What is with that?

4. You are applying for mod, but you obviously don't care for the position. Why did you not read the rules? Why do you keep getting banned, then evading those bans?

I'm not going to support you and I doubt I'll change my mind.
