Someone help?

Hi i'm banned on the shop and I was wondering if anyone could go on and check to see if it lets them upgrade my rank, not saying buy it but I want you to tell me if it says not allowed to purchase this item. I want to see if it's just my ip thats banned or if its my account. My username is Mark_Of_A

I am also banned on buycraft, and its permanent for the whole account. Many people can try buying you ranks but they won't be able to because your account is banned. Only the server owners ( Or other people who have access to the server's buycraft website ) can get you ranks, other than that nobody can't get you ranks anywhere.

Well I was banned on 2015, thanks to someone for charging back my rank on a way different server that I didn't even play on. And even to this day, I'm not unbanned. The bans are permanent, unless you talk to the support and get them to unban you somehow.

 

@Deivid0ze I'm talking to support to get banned because I made a chargeback but I cancelled it right after because there was a misunderstanding.

 

Like Ive said, you will have to send an email to Mineverse's support, at [email protected]. Nothing can be done here on the forums.
