By putting 'little to none', it gives me the feeling that your attitude towards being a moderator is very poor, as you don't have much self-esteem and enthusiasm for the job. You made that even worse by saying 'I don't really care'. This is what made me say that. Your sarcastic manner disgusts me, as you are trying to make others feel bad over the way they put things as you did with @WIildeBob and myself at the start. First impressions really make a big difference to what people will say and do about you - and from reading this application, to me, it's a rather negative one.

Anyway, let's not start a flame war on your application. My final say is 100% no support. The way you handle the constructive criticism makes me doubt you even more. We aren't trying to make you feel bad, we're trying to help you to reach your goal.

You're making it sound like 77 reports are a lot, when you've played for 2-3 years. It's hardly any. You're suppose to have a expectation of a lot more than that.



Also, you're taking everything into defence, seeming like you're innocent.

I find you extremely cocky, it puts me off a lot.
