Intro: Hello! My name is Joe. Most of you know me as Nitro or NitroPixel. This is my application for Prison Guard. It would be great if you could leave some feedback below to tell me what I can improve on my application. How old are you? I'm currently 13 years old, my birthday is on the 18th of April. Why do you think you should become a Guard? I want to become a guard because the Mineverse community has given me so much and I want to give something back. I love this server and the awesome players. Prison is also my favorite server so I would love to help out more on there. I want to do something more for the server than just reporting people. ⦁ Not Enough Staff Come on Prison I don't see a lot of staff on prison. I think that more staff should be more active on the prison server. I want to do my part. I have experience with prison servers, but being a prison guard would be a new experience for me. ⦁ Activity I am a very active person in the Mineverse community. I am active on the forums as well as being active in-game. I will check the report section everyday and check for new reports. ⦁ Helpful I am a very helpful person who will lend a helping hand with anything. I will never ignore a player. I always try to resolve arguments peacefully. I try and help anyone who needs it. I am willing to donate my time to helping out all around the prison server. ⦁ Responsible Becoming a prison guard obviously brings a lot of responsibility with it. If I were to get promoted to prison guard I promise to never abuse the permissions that I would have. I will use them carefully in order to make Mineverse and even happier and more welcoming place that welcomes everyone to join the Mineverse community. ⦁ Mature I am a mature, responsible and sensible young adult. I'm not the most mature person in the world, but I consider myself quite mature for a 13 year old. ⦁ Honest If I were to get promoted to guard, I would make fair decisions and I would treat everyone on the server equally. ⦁ Trustworthy I am a very trustworthy person. I can be trusted with the responsibility of become a prison guard the permissions that I would have. I wouldn't use the permissions to take revenge on players or anything along those lines. ⦁ Committed I am someone who is very committed. I never give up and I complete set tasks on time. I also always strive to do everything to the best of my ability. ⦁ Friendly I love talking to people and getting to know them better. I get along well with a lot of people. I think that staff to player communication is vital to a great server. I think that being friendly is something that a staff member should be good at. ⦁ I can keep a cool head. I can control myself and I am not easily angered. I will keep a cool head in all situations and won't rage whenever I get angry. How long have you been playing Mineverse? I have played on Mineverse since January of 2014. How long can you be active on the server everyday? As I do have other commitments like school, I can be online on weekdays for about 2-3.5 hours. I'm pretty much on all day on weekends. Monday: 3:20pm - 6:30pm Tuesday: 3:20pm - 6:30pm Wednesday: 3:20pm - 6:30pm Thursday: 3:20pm - 6:20pm Friday: 3:20pm - 6:20pm Saturday: 9:40am - 3:30pm Sunday: 9:40am - 3:30pm (All times are UTC:+10:00.) Do you have any past experience as a Guard? I have not had any experience as a prison guard. I know some commands like /jail. If I do need help, I am not afraid to ask for it. I am currently a helper on one other server. I have been a staff member there for about 6 months now. Have you ever been banned on Mineverse? No, I have never been banned on any of the Mineverse servers. Do you know the Prison Contraband items & rules? (Yes/No) Yes How I found out about the server: At the start of January I just got bored of playing Minecraft. I needed something that was new. I had nearly decided to leave Minecraft and go find another game. After a while I decided to ask a friend if he knoew any good games. He told me a few games but they all sounded pretty boring to me. After this he told me to join this server called Mineverse. I told him that I had left Minecraft behind. For the next few days he kept on telling me to join the server. I finally game in and said that I would try it out. I joined Mineverse for the first time and I was hooked from that day onwards. How and what can I contribute to the server? ⦁ I will jail anyone who breaks the rules/uses contraband items. ⦁ I will help everyone who asks for help. ⦁ I am an approachable person and I will never ignore a player. ⦁ I will try my best to help create a friendly environment that welcomes everyone. ⦁ I am an all around really nice guy. What I would be doing on the server if I were to be promoted: I would be going around jailing people using contraband items. I would also be going around help the players or helping new comers by telling them what they need to know to have fun while playing on Prison. I would help them with any questions or doubts they have. I will always pay attention to the chat to make sure nothing bad is going on. I would take responsibility for my actions. I wouldn't use the abilities that I would have for personal gain. If there were any huge fights going around, I would try and resolve the problem as peacefully as I could. I would make sure everyone was happy and having a good time while playing.
