Lost my rank on /kitpvp2

Hi, I recently lost my rank on kitpvp2, it was a 'premium' rank , could you please fix this issue?

Go to /Warp Spawn, go to where the ranks are shown, go behind those signs/colored wool wall, and right click on Premium. This will most likely fix it. If not, please email support

What is your exact IGN?

 

I already did click the premium sign but it says i dont have permission or something and i asked alot of mods and admin and mailed mineverse twice.

Do you have proof that you purchased the rank? A receipt.

 

It may take a while for Mineverse Support to reply. But if they dont reply u need to contact the Owner or a mod!
