I suggest lowering the font size just a tad- it's still a little hard on the eyes. For the main part of the application you spend a lot of time explaining what various traits mean; I'd like to see instead how you show these qualities and why they make you a good applicant. You might also want to mention when or what your previous bans were. A recent ban for hacking or threats would be much different from a ban a year ago for trolling, but just from reading your app I don't know what your history is at all. (all of these suggestions are optional. i just think they'd make your app better)

I've never (that I know of) seen you in-game, so I can't give a meaningful opinion on that right now, but good luck with your application.

Also, you can ask Pile to change your forums age or you can hide it in your settings

You're not very active on forums, and I do not see you in game (not much timezone gap here).
Do you even do reports?
You're banned for over 7 times (or as you say). You can't be bothered to search up on forums the reasons and specific evidence that you were banned for. 7 times is a lot, if I were still a Moderator I would request a perm ban for you.

And half those bans were false.

I think you should maybe write a bit more in your app because in most of your traits you are just explaining what the traits mean. And you have 7+ bans which isn't exactly what people want a moderator to have. If you have only been banned once or twice then i think its fine but 7 times is a lot.

I have seen you online quite a few times so i know that you are active in-game, and i feel like you would be a pretty good moderator.
