Since promotions just happened I think I have a good shot at trying to prove myself now.
Okay, so with that out of the way let's start right into the application how about we?..

I do indeed have 2FA enabled on my forums account & skype account.

Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence?
I am able to take screenshots and post them on Imgur.com for any evidence of something chat related and I have Bandicam downloaded and installed for anything that screenshots can not handle such as hackers. Why do you think you should become a mod?
These are all of the following reasons and traits that I think I have for the position of moderator, now I am still working on some of these like maturity and activity in-game so they aren't completely finished to my regards yet, lets get right into my current traits:

Active
I am pretty active on Mineverse as I still play on all of the gamemodes but I play the most on Bedwars, Survival & OP PvP still. I do however visit every gamemode Mineverse has to offer and love them all.

Respectful
It may not seem like I am very respectful for the past month or so and I do apologize about my behavior and promise to change to my best behavior while I apply for moderator.

Helpful
I am to the best of my ability trying to help everyone I can, if someone has a issue that I can help with as a player than I will do so.

Honest & Trustworthy
I am honest to everyone I meet so I have nothing to worry about if someone calls me out on lying. I try to be the most trustworthy possible so people can talk to me about things personally.

Knowledge
Since I was a moderator here I have past knowledge on how to moderate on this server such as ban logs being done and how to use multi-mod.

Unbiased
I am not biased one bit, I am willing to report any of my friends if they break a rule and I will indeed get them banned if it must come to this.

Organized
I am very organized in school and how I handle my minecraft stuff, every video I have on my channel is sorted by playlists such as "Bedwars Hackers" and "OP PvP Hackers".

Maturity
It may not seem like I'm very mature recently but I am working on changing how I have been acting and anything in the past is behind me, I am only working towards my future goals.

Efficiency
I am very efficient when it comes to talking to people and handling bad situations to make them better. I am here to help only and not to start bullshrimp.

Experienced
I am very experienced with this position seeing as I was here before I know most of the commands that moderators do receive in-game and I know how to work the rank on the forums.

I am caring about everyone and if someone needs help about something personal I am openly willing to help them with their issue.

Approachable
I am trying to become more approachable as a person and try to be openly minded to everyone's thoughts. I want to be that person everyone wants to talk to!

Committed to the Job
Now it may not seem like it if I resigned only after 2 months of the job here, but I can be committed to it to the very last second I am moderator here. I'm certainly not saying if I did get the position again I would leave in 2 months, surely I wouldn't. But I am committed to every part of the job and am willing to voluntary give my time here.

How long can you be active on the server everyday?
Compared to when I was trying for moderator last time my activity or how long I can play for as decreased a little bit.. but still I can be an active moderator on Mineverse and am still trying to increase how long I play for, school doesn't affect me anymore.

Saturday & Sunday: 2:30PM-8:00PM
Now I can be on at anytime and any day but this is my usual schedule for Mineverse.

How long have you been playing Mineverse?
I have been playing on Mineverse.com since back in January 2014 but I didn't create a forums account until around December of 2015 when my friend @cheetahswimmer told me about the forums and how much fun I could have here. I am going to hit my 1 year mark on the forums soon. I have a few gamemodes that I do favor over some but I do like all of the gamemodes that Mineverse offers us. My favorite however are:
Bedwars (Minigames in general)
Towny
Survival
OP PvP
KitPvP
Archer PvP
Infection
and sometimes Parkour.

Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game)

Ingame Bans
I have been banned in the past in-game for the following:
Hacking (Around 3 or 4 times) back in 2014 when I first joined.
The last time I was banned for this it was false and I appealed and got unbanned for it. (If proof is required by multiple players I will post a screenshot showing my appeal got accepted)
I have also been banned once recently once I resigned as moderator in September of 2016 to get my permissions removed.

Forum Bans
I have been banned in the past on the forums for the following:
Rate Abuse (I have a few warnings for this) but have only been banned for it twice. (I believe, If I am incorrect can a moderator please check for me and fix my error) I realized that was my error and never rate abused since.
The last time I got banned on the forums was for giving a death wish to myself and that was to try and get myself to quit the forums, however it didn't work as I planned.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
I do indeed have past experience moderating minecraft servers.
I have moderated on a server called Skyblock-Islands for around 6 months (It was owned by Noobcrew until it closed) if you want confirmation on that you may ask @RobloxianRoblox.
I have also moderated on some smaller servers that mostly related to skyblock theme such as:
GalacticSB, SkyHype & FadeCloud.
I have also moderated on Mineverse for around 2 months so I do have experience with this server and how it works.

Do you meet the requirements for staff? Yes/No
Yes I do meet all of the requirements to be an staff member on Mineverse.
My post count is above 50.
I've been registered for more than 2 weeks.
I have 2FA enabled.
I have Skype & TeamSpeak 3 downloaded and installed.

Why did I leave? Why am I here reapplying today?..
Now reapplying may seem like a low blow to many of you.. Why did I resign in the first place you may be wondering? Well there were a lot of reasons including school & relationships & my parents getting divorced I really didn't think I could handle the pressure of also trying to be an ACTIVE moderator on one of my favorite Minecraft servers. So after all of that around 3 months pasted and I started to get back into Minecraft again and these forums because I had time to play so I got back into playing, I'm slowly doing more reports and trying to be more active in-game and on the forums as I was before. I am also trying to improve my attitude as I do realize I was rude to many of you after I resigned, I'm not blaming anyone but the salt took over me. I am truly sorry to put you through all of this again and I hope to have another chance, I won't resign after 2 months surely. If you have any suggestions that you want me to work on then please do say so. I am willing to work on anything needed to become moderator on this server again. I realize I stated MANY times I would not apply again but well.. people spam me on Skype saying why did I go and I realized I made a mistake on my part. I would love to be part of the staff team again if possible. And yes I understand my past actions may have affected some of you and I am dearly sorry, if that doesn't make it up to you and you wish to no support me it is completely fine and I understand your choice. Thank you .

I think you should try to work on your attitude a bit before re-applying. You were all salt and no sweet, then you apply and it's the other way around. Change first, apply later.
