is a mod application determined on likes? or decided by mods how would a mod application be accepted? I never knew how that worked.
It is mainly Cypriot's choice. If he wants you than you get promoted if not trusted than yon don't do yea basically cyp's decision
Ultimately it's Cyp's decision but the mods do have a say in who is promoted and can recommend people for the position
