Nah, I'm just pointing out how you can. Obviously there are people who are stupid enough to do those things. Of course if the moderator claimed he never said those things, the owner "could" look into the chat logs and see if he/she did. I doubt Cypriot would do such thing, but its a possibility. Its fairly simple to crop and edit screenshots, it just depends on if your loyal to your server. While I do recommend videos rather than screenshots (because of how hard it is to edit a video to show another chat log, although it is possible, it takes more time than crops) it seems the staff have different opinions on screenshots.
lolno. They're right, it's that simple. Just stating facts doesn't mean they're hating. Neutral, I guess this is true to some extent, but I remember when the people wasting their lives would edit evidence or use clients just to give people some bans. sort of sad, but they're the ones ruining it for us.
Support, I think common sense can be applied to a situation if necessary and it's not like evidence can't be forged now anyways (though it does require more effort but eh)
Players crop photos to cut out client names all the time. The last photo you submitted was cropped and cut out your client. Thus promting you to suggest this thread. I see nothing wrong with the rule and find it comical that the moment Bananaman's cropped photo is denied the rule should be changed. No support of course.

I am trying to be collegial here, no need to throw unnecessary shade at me. I'm not being salty, no need for you to be. You may find it comical that I created this suggestion but by the amount of support, others certainly do not. Some of the points I made are valid and should be considered - just because you have suspicions I was using a client, shouldn't stop you from listening to the ideas I put forward. While people may be using clients sometimes, most of the time, I guarantee, they are not and accidentally snap a cropped photo which gets denied. Support, this is a very good idea cause I've made reports not knowing that gyazo is not allowed to be used and the player doesn't end up getting banned. The player used racism and offensive language i reported using gyazo and the report got denied. I support the idea to be allowed to use gyazo cause no one actually takes the time of there life to waste on a stupid picture. Support!!
Gyazo is allowed. Not sure what made you think that. We just require that you capture your whole screen. Example:
I personally suggest the use of Gyazo to everyone. I take all my screenshots using the F2 function built-in to Minecraft. I can then locate the screenshots folder, right click on the desired image and open using Gyazo. It then opens my browser, similarly to a normal Gyazo screenshot and I can get the link and initiate a report. Cropped evidence isn't allowed for reasons already stated. People are going to abuse very easily. For the people saying that mods can get demoted easily from false evidence, you are wrong.
