November Voting

Hello and welcome to a new addition to the Mineverse Competition Team! We have decided to have a voting team that would consist of the staff members on the team and a few select members of the Mineverse community. We introduced this because we want members of the community to be more involved and though this would be a great way. There will be a new team selected each month. This is so that people who competed this month have the chance to be on the team next month.

The people who are chosen will be added to a group conversation on forums and will be allowed to vote on one entry in the November Monthly Competition Thread.

Why you should be added to the competition team

One of the requirements as a mod is to never be bias in your decision making, so, as a current moderator, I believe I would fit that perfectly. Also, I really enjoy competitions and I love seeing what people put forward in order to win.​

Why you should be added to the competition team: I am not biased. I would not choose my friends just because they're my friends. I would like to help out as I am mature, active, and I reliable.

• Why you should be added to the competition team: Though rather inexperienced at being a Moderator, I don't think this should affect whether I am a part of this team. I don't really have that many friends anyway, so bias is not a problem in this situation. I am mature enough to make decisions like these. I hope to be more involved with the community in some way, and this would be one of the ways to do so.

~ Why you should be added to the competition team?

One of the requirements is to not be biased, seeing that I have zero friends on here I will not be biased towards a person in the competition. Another requirement is to be mature which is another thing I am not, but this is a children's game, who is going to be mature during a building competition?, etc. I know how to be serious, but serious and mature are different things. I know I won't get chosen anyways but I would like a chance a few competitions from this upcoming one. I'm a good judge, and I know what the server needs.

Why should you be added to the competition team?

I don't have very many friends that have forums and don't know a lot of people so I really won't be biased. Yes I can and can't be mature at times but you just have to have fun sometimes y'know? (all people aren't always mature btw;)) I want to help out with the community and be a part of making the decisions with stuff.

Also I love to help out the community as you can see by the suggestion threads I make that get tons of support! Super loyal member to the sever.

I've judged a few competitions in my life, so judging a forums game isn't anything new to me. From BBQ competitions to build competitions, I've judged all kinds of competitions before. As they say down south, this aint my first rodeo. Plus, this sound like a fun job to do on the forums.

• Why you should be added to the competition team: I am a very mature and unbiased person. I believe that being on the November Voting Team will help me get closer to the community. I am active on the server forums, and I have experience with judging. This also seems like a very fun thing to do. I am not participating in the competition.

Reason I should be on the vote team: I would like to be involved in the mineverse community more, make new friends and also get to know more people.

Why you should be added to the competition team: I honestly have no care in the world on who wins . The person with the best story and the best story only will win - not someone just because they are well-known, active, and popular. I believe I have pretty crafty writing skills so will have the ability to deconstruct and analyze the pieces of writing to see which one is win worthy.

Why you should be added to the competition team
tbh I don't get the point of choosing your mate when it comes to situations like these. I'd pick a story I like and I can tell has actually some effort put into it. Nothing personal would hold me back from picking a story, and the only thing I will judge is the way those words are structured. For the story, I'd judge it on it's storyline, plot, characters (and relationships between them all), the complication, the climax, and resolution. Of course there would be some other techniques I'd judge it on but yeah can't put them all here. In terms of grammar and punctuation, I'm almost always on point when necessary, and I can successfully break down and analyse the written texts submitted.
So yeah consider me as one of the voters because I'm apparently good at English. If you would like to go against that feel free to bring that up with my English teacher who is scary, and I mean scary.​
