Those two builds are in fact mine.
Firstly, the minetime factions spawn. This was initially my trial build. However it was adapted into a usable building with the help of the Minetime team.

As for the other one,
If you look right click the image then copy the image location it shows 'Deluxe' in its name.
I did that build for 'Oblivion Networks', feel free to ask the Owner and he will confirm that that is I did create it. (Im not too sure why the guys at Dreamitive took it without my consent..)

I should mention that im currently a builder at Minetime and that most of builders seen from Dreamitive are also from Minetime, (I always keep construction screenshots just incase) ;)
