I was on last week. I was on all the day yesterday, and I'm currently on.

 

I know but that was only 2 days this week. I would say at least be on all day doesn't have to be or long just like 1 hour to 30 minutes if you are able to. If not once every 2 days would still be fine

 

I was on atleast 40 possibly 60 minutes.
