No this should have been posted under mod applications, if it gets deleted just keep posting it. It sometimes deletes which is a glitch. Also keep posting until you get a message in your inbox that says you have been prem banned on the forums, this means that you have been accepted to the Staff team. Hope this helps!
No one is too young. Unless you are like 5 but still. He has moderated for 2-3 months now and has done nothing to harm anyone or the server.
