The rule I want implemented is stop people from making these threads: "Say hi 10 times before a mod gets here." This is flat out stupid, I have posted a few times but then I realize what these threads really are and they are boosters to your post count. Everytime you post on there it's 1 message for each post. And if you keep playing along this game you are getting your post count up with low quality posts and not any helpful or good High Quality posts around the forums. So I believe that these type of threads should be disallowed. /discuss
Yeah I've done them before too but I just realized that is does boot your post count. This is unnecessary because you are posting pointless and dumb posts and not helping anyone. I think that this is a good idea and not make these threads anymore.
Ugh, I really dislike them- they just keep getting bumped up while all of the fun, unique games are left inactive. I know, I'm guilty of posting in them, but that was before I realized how annoying they were xD Completely support this idea :D
Forums are Forums...People are People. We are Free people and we can't stop them from free speech andetting them post.BUT I AGREE WITH ALL THOSE DUMB AND UNUSEFUL POSTS AND BUMPING THEM UP....(srry for caps)People have to stop doing dumb threads
Also Theses New threads like "Say hi before a mod comes" are blocking the Recent Threads from REAL AND USEFUL stuff.THIS IS FORUMS NOT A GAME(but Minecraft is a game)
I know this is of course not my thread, but a follow up suggestion to what was said was maybe disable posts in the Off-Topic section from adding to one's real post count? Something like this does exist on Skyblock forums for the same reason, perhaps it should be implemented here?
tons of support its just so stupid why do people even do that its blocking every single USEFUL thread away from people:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
