NoTerror, the reason I am neutral is because I don't think I have been back on the server long enough to give valuable feedback to any potential mods. It is part of the reason I have avoided commenting on any ones application. (no support) When I was moderator I jailed you for a legit reason, after I put you in jail you went off at me saying I can't read and that i'm blind including many other things to the point where I had to ban you for staff disrespect. After I banned you, you chose to make a staff report and lie in it when I explained many times to you what you did wrong but you were persistent. All of this shows that you're very disrespectful and do not know the rules I recommend you familiarize yourself with the rules properly before you apply. No support, reasons stated above & you seem like you are posting on a lot of mods' profiles to get attention and to be known. You have been banned many times on purpose and you have been immature in-game as stacker has showed some private messages with you.
