Here is one thing thing..... DinoDuck, this is not real life xD.... and this is obviously not gonna be a person robbing your house xD, lel XD XD (;;;)

Given that most of the people that receive permanent bans have done something fairly severe, there doesn't seem to be an overwhelming benefit to the community in letting them return. In addition to this, should they be the type that prefers to "troll" on the way out, it could mean a massive headache for the owners.

Let's say I was banned, but had some magic button to come back, I could purchase the unban, assuming it's automated, be removed from the ban list, then simply dispute the charge. While the charge is being disputed, I may as well hop on and be as annoying as possible until the moderator's of course ban again. The additional time spent handling things like this and dealing with the negatives of constant charge disputes, could put MV in a spot I'm sure the owners don't want to be.

So in a nutshell, minimal benefit for potentially massive headaches for the owners and moderators.

I think support as long as they make an appeal and get accepted and they must have been banned for 1+ years and never been banned before.

Support buying an unban generates more income for the server, notice how every SUCCESSFUL server has this feature.

I know this this situation isn't real life, didn't seem you understood so I'll explain it better.
What you are saying if a player gets perm banned they can automatically get unbanned with 20$ as a payment and continue the bad behavior.

 

If they pay $20 to be unbanned one would think they wouldn't hack again... Then again some people might...

 

I doubt anyone would pay $20 to act bad again and if they do then they get banned and you make $20

Perhaps you could make it so only one purchase is ever available so that if they hack, get banned then hack again after purchase they can never come back.
