I don't get why in the vote parties you're able to get a diamond sword. The whole point is that it shouldnt be used. I can't tell you how many times I've been jailed because I was afk and a VP comes on and I get a sword in my hotbar or someone just throws one at me and I get caught with contraband and get banned for like 3 hours. And the mods who are not too experienced with prison (mainly because no one other than dyna pile and valor plays the server often) don't even allow you to trade your contraband for a freed sentence, which was in the guard instructions way back when I was a guard and it was a thing. Whats the point of Jail if A) the contraband isnt removed from the game or B) someone can easily be framed and not do anything about it. It's seriously stupid. Either give guards the right to remove someones contra again (and not remove it because of 1 isolated incident), or allow prisoners to trade contraband for freedom. Then again I guess giving guards Godmode is more efficient ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
I understand that but what if someone makes it then throws it or makes it and doesn't hold it. Guard can just do invsee to any or everyone.
anyone can craft a diamond sword and use it anywhere outside prison. its only in the prison where it matters.
I've pitched the idea a few times but per the usual, I don't get an answer. It also makes zero sense why gold swords are legal.
