The thing is, I can't be active on all gamemodes, as I don't want to hop gamemodes. However, I'll work on Infection, and then Skywars afterwards.

Hi @Deivid0ze , since you posted a couple pages back on my Moderator Application anyway, do you have any opinion on my application whatsoever?




EDIT:
- Made some minor changes to my application after suggestions in-game from players
-> Increased font size for subtitles
-> Added a little design
-> Listed the requirements that I have met
- Added another trait of mine: People-centred

First of all, I really dislike applications with polls. It's a personal pet peeve of mine, and I just feel that it shows you are not confident in your decision to apply. It also makes me think you're a bit immature, that one should be self-explanatory. Now, I haven't personally seen you online yet but then again, I joined just Sunday. You also seem to post farm a lot. I've seen numerous posts from you, and they sometimes aren't super helpful. Hopefully, you'll be able to change this :].
As I said before, you tend to post farm. Or, you used to at least. The thing that really bothers me about this, though, is that some of your older messages, which I'm guessing started to change when you wanted to become a staff member, are a bit rude. Unsure how fit you would be to become a helper if you act like this one day but then act another way the next.
Anywho, I can see a few positives of your application. Such as the details and I love how you added a map! Your word choice was decent, and no massive grammar mistakes. Although there were all these positives, the negatives overruled. Good luck!

- Polls -> I'd like to know, as for those who prefer not to say their opinion in the comments below saying "Support, Neutral, or no support" can use the polls as an anonymous identity, in case they feel that they are too shy, etc to post below. I am confident. I hope you can see this reason. How am I immature? That I "need a poll"? I would argue that, because as I explained above, some members of the community may feel too shy or would just like to leave an anonymous remark. This opens up this option to them. Hope you can understand.

Well welcome Nirds! Which timezone are you in, and which gamemodes do you normally play? I'm active in my timezone...

- Post farming
I don't post farm anymore, most of those "post farming" posts are from quite a while back. I mainly post on reports, my Mod App, and my suggestion thread. So I really don't understand.

- Changing attitudes?
I understand this. Perhaps in a while I can change your mind. As you will see in the future, I am not acting.

I would argue with the polls and immaturity, my activity, as well as post farming. However, for changing attitudes, I hope you'll realise soon that I'm not acting.

Polls - For the polls, I don't really understand that response. I get that people may be shy, but if they wish to post then they should do so. Voting is just not a good way of seeing if you're a good applicant or not, in my opinion. As for the immaturity, I said that because of the same reasons of you not being confident in yourself. I don't feel that the whole reason you put a poll up was specifically for the players who need it. I can't prove or disprove that, though.

Activity - Thank you for the welcome! I usually play parkour, skywars, kitpvp, and occasionally skyblock. However, I do try to bounce around.

Post farming - As I said in my post, I said you "used to" post farm. I will say that you have massively improved! However, a lot of your posts aren't exactly helpful. Then again, a lot of everybody's aren't so that's okay :]

Changing attitudes - I'm glad to hear that.

I never said anything about your activity, and I did say you "used to" post farm. The reason why I keep saying that you used to post farm, is because if you're going to become a moderator then people will look up to you and some might even look up to you for their upcoming applications. I actually did this on my favorite server a month or two ago, I tried to mold myself into my favorite moderator. Anywho, a player might do this and look at your old posts seeing as they had been a bit useless or unneeded. They might also start doing what you used to do, thinking that you got chosen for posting constantly. Then again, it could go the other way around with them seeing that you changed tremendously with that and they might just follow that example. I would just keep doing what you're doing. It all depends on the player.
My opinion still stands as no support. Although, it is leaning a little towards neutral.

Polls - Well, I can assure you that the polls are as what I said, catered for the more shy members in the community. However, I respect your opinion. I am confident of my application, though I am definitely receptive to constructive criticism.

Activity - What is your timezone? It will be very hard to meet you if you're in the US. However, if you're in Europe, Australia or even better, Southeast Asia, it may be really easy to meet you I normally play KitPvP, OPPvP, Towny, Survival and now I'm improving on Infection and Skywars.

Post farming - I understand that a Moderator has to be a role model. I intend to be one who can walk out of their mistakes and come clean. I do understand this will take time to prove it, so I am not expecting a promotion anytime soon.

I hope that after a while, you will change your mind You can come back to revisit this once in a while, and give me feedback!

Hey Jessy, thank you! I'm glad I could change your mind. Thank you for believing in me, and for judging me for how I've changed, and persisted, not changing back to the old ways. I hope to be a role model to those who have done mistakes and are unsure of how to prove themselves to the community. Recently I haven't been seeing you that often, maybe we could arrange some time we play together?

That is a biased reason in my opinion. Many applications have polls like that.

 

I know it is. That's why I said "Personal" so it is biased. I'm not saying that it makes the overall application bad, I'm just saying that it is simply making him look not confident and a bit immature in my eyes.
Now, I would really love to move on from this thread. This is the most I've responded to an application with my honest opinion, and I would appreciate it if no one else would respond to my opinion trying to change it or pointing out the flaws :]. Thanks~
