Its very likely you let your mouth get the best of you and got yourself banned. Either you were seen by a moderator or reported here on forums for whatever it was you said. If you feel it was a false ban you can appeal, but if you did indeed break our rules located here: http://www.mineverse.com/threads/official-mineverse-rules-2-0.73314/ Your appeal will not be accepted because we do not accept appeals for valid bans. I'm sorry you let your anger get the best of you.
Things can happen when you let words fly out of your mouth without thinking. I learnt that before. You can use Bandicam, or if you use a Mac, you can just use QuickTimePlayer to record that happening. You can make an appeal under the Ban Appeal section. I'm sorry you got banned but there are rules here in Mineverse, and you'd have to abide by them.

Sometimes, this happens at times. When you get angry you are mostly likely to spread your words out which results in a ban sadly. You can always appeal though
