Username change and cannot open my chests in Survival

I recently changed my username to JakePennyII and my old name was pennysarecute2. The problem is that my chests are locked under my old name and I cannot open them. Any advice would be appreciated.

I believe Sr Mods and Staff Managers might have the perks to be able to help you. You canalso try emailing [email protected]

but if that does not work, you'll have to change your name back.
