Neutral mainly because you have no past expirience on being staff. And no offense but your application looks as if it was copy and pasted, how long did you spend on your app?
I would take out the apology in the "mature" section of the app. Its just not good to have in a mod app. Edit: Also, efficiency and organizing don't really go together. You can be efficient and unorganized, or you can be organize and inefficient. They are not exactly related.

And I guess I'll take that as a compliment because I'm a perfectionist when it comes to the way things look. xd I edit it frequently, so idk how long it's taken in total. Very true.
