For some reason, I can't do the command /bal. I have no idea why. can you please fix this?

 

Try doing /bal while you are in a match. One second Ill get back to you on this.

 

What rank are you? You might want to put this under bugs for the rank you have because all players of the same rank may have the same issue. I'm titan in game and my /bal works just fine.

 

I think you have to vote first. I can only do it in-game, too

Well, as I have never experienced this problem I am not sure, however as you are playing a game you can possibly make a small purchase and it normally says you have this much money left so just minus the purchase from your balance.
