prison /rankup issue

Hello my name is Vlad_the_awesome and lately I have been dealing with an issue with /rankup on prison. It says that"rank sponsor has no rankups available".

please help me as soon as possible.

Do /warp crates
Behind the crates should be a wall with a bunch of signs saying something similar to "[Rank] Prefix Fix". Whatever rank you were before you became a sponsor, click the corresponding sign that applies to your previous rank. This should fix the problem.

 

Go behind the crate wall there should be a rank fix If that does not work please pm me I will figure it out.

i tried that it doesnt seem to work btw are u talking about the op prison or the normal one cause the normal is not working the op prison and kitpvp 1 and 2 doesnt allow my kits.

 

He's not needing a rank fix. He needs to actually rankup. There are signs in the regular Prison that allow you to rankup. Your purchased rank is interfering with your in-game rank. Usually you can do /rankup but with a purchased rank, it will tell you that there aren't anymore rankups available for your rank, but there really is. In the shop in Prison, you will see some blocks that were placed in the shop near the back. You can still use the rankup signs back there but we had to close it off because PVP was enabled back there for some reason. People were getting killed in what should have been a safezone. Those signs behind those blocks to the far right should help you out.
