Ok i am posting this because i am tired of all these staff/owners assuming that everyone on the planet has recording software, because im here to say that NOT EVERYONE HAS RECORDING SOFTWARE!.
This is true but it is highly recommended you have a recording software. If you do it makes it easier on yourself. But it is not a requirement.
Because i dont rely want to apply for mod or something and not get it because i dont have rec sofware. And i am not saying i hate staff or anything i firmly respect them and what they do.
Staff have to have some sort of recording software because they are required to log their bans and can't punish without evidence.
Yes, this is because if you do not have recording software it is basically a moderator who is just there for perms, you can not ban people since you do not have evidence, and that really would not be a helpful job wouldn't it?
As Linux said, Bandicam. Uses very little space, plus just delete the video off your computer once its uploaded. Simple enough.
It's easy as cake to get recording software for free. Look at Bandicam, and OBS Studio. Really easy to get, take up little space. For example, on Bandicam and OBS, you just take the file from the output folder, and upload it to your preferred video platform.
Yeah, it took a while for me to get used to it. It has it's good moments though. For example, Bandicam has that annoying watermark at the top.
if you have a recent nvidia gpu u get GeForce Experience with it. geforce experience comes with shadowplay, which lets you record with no lag what so ever. i used to torrent fraps as well, pretty easy to get recording softwares
