If the warp was a "scam" then yes it would be a ban.

 

I guess it depends on whether or not you classify it as harassment.

If you do classify it as that, then they should receive a 5 day ban.

If you classify it as "Spam", then, assuming it's their first offence, only a mute. 2nd offence would be a 24 hour ban.
