Hello Yesterday I voted for Mineverse on my alt when it was offline and whenever i logged in the levels at the infection server did not work, im just wondering if u can fix that glitch and give me the 3 levels im meant to be given.

Hi SnowyCraftHD, I don't think anyone is able to give you the levels or rewards back. Hmm... Sometimes when I vote offline it doesn't register and doesn't give me the rewards, though usually it does. Maybe you could try voting online and seeing if it works next time?

 

It Always works when you vote in-game (On Infection), but it never works offline. :/

 

They really need to fix that because I'm banned but still voting for 4 weeks and hoping that I'll receive all the levels.

You don't get the levels if you don't vote on infection, if that's the issue

 

Ye this kinda stinks...You have to be on infection to get you rewards

Sometimes you just don't get the levels, even if you're online. I've experienced a few issues in the past week where I have not received my levels when I have been online, which sucks. But, you have a much better chance at receiving levels if you vote while online.

Also, we can not give you the levels, sorry.

 

If you want the levels from voting on Infection, you need to be on Infection while you vote.

 

That's the reason why it didn't go through. Vote when you're on the gamemode.

 

You must be logged on to Infection for your reward to be given.

 

Same for kitpvp 2
