As you know when a mod is demoted or he resigns sometimes his rank doesnt work again and he is back to a normal player. And he never gets it back, hopefully this can be fixed. ;)
I'm assuming you mean that you think they should get their donor rank back when they are demoted or resign? This is in-fact already the case. The first step in demotion/resigning is to remove the user's Moderator Permissions and in order to do that they are placed into the rank of "Premium". They are able to message a head-mod/Cyp/email, etc with their actual rank (Obviously with proof) and they will then receive their actual donor rank back ASAP. So, in conclusion, they don't actually lose their donor rank, they just need to make the effort to message someone to get it back.
This is correct. This has to do with buycraft. They have to join all the servers with the Premium rank. Once that is done, Cyp can fix their rank back to what it was before they were mod.
No one loses their rank. They are downgraded temporarily then their paid rank is given back. It's a step by step process. This doesn't need to be a suggestion as it's already a thing. Appreciate your concern for our staff tho. <3
