New Parkour Map & Few Updates

Updates for Parkour:
- New parkour map with 12 new parkour courses.
- Cleaned up a few things, less server lag.
- More anti hacking & spam put in place.

Updates for Prison:
- Nether is now added.
- Obsidian breaker.
- Auction

Also I believe the Map for Parkour will be the parkour from Skyblock :D
