    You break the rules and you are even currently banned here on the forums. You don't really make reports either. I think you also should rewrite parts of your application as well since it makes your temperament look bad. Moreover, I personally find you immature.

    I don't think you can even try and apply for admin, if the owners were confident enough, i'm sure there'd be more admins.

    You might have had a rough past, but if you're changing; that's great - the server needs earnest members like you who are dedicated :)
