I was playing on Op Prison and I did /spawn because I couldn't move because i was glitched in a block. I then stepped on a launch pad and Next thing you know I was next to where you fixed your prefix. But I didn't see that it puts you back to Rank A. So now I am Rank A instead o Rank W. SO I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!! @CypriotMerks @Noobcrew
Sorry, but this is what Cyp said in the thread when he announced this feature: Spoiler: Cyp's words I've been getting a lot of support emails lately regarding players are not able to rank up on OPPrison gamemode. You can now save your time sending an email and fix it yourself Go to /warp fixrank and click the sign with your donor rank and this will set you to A with your donor rank. Please keep in mind this can also be used to reset your rank if you wish but please do take notice I will not give your rank back if you accidentally clicked the sign. You have been warned. Enjoy.
If Cyp can get your rank back, do you have some evidence that you had that rank? I hope you get it back :D
As @Linux already said. Cyp has already said that he is not going to give back the rank if you accidentally lose it.
Thats bull tho, No WONDER WHY MV IS DIEING. Because people work hard for things and then loose it. For example Skyblock is dead because of something that ed up on Cyp and Noobcrew part. They arent refunding anything pathetic. Sorry my Language, just explaining and how it just ticks me off. Sometimes I believe Cyp and Noobcrew are only concerned about making money. They don't care if players loose something because of system error. When nanurz was still staff people got stuff back because he would do it but Cyp and Noobcrew were to lazy to do it. There failing as owners I say to myself sometimes. Sorry again if this affects you guys that are reading this, but its just how I feel. I joined Mv in late 2013 I saw it progress and do well but now I see why most of the Original players have left
You should try hosting three server networks, its hard. If you want to complain about it, so be it but that won't get your rank back. Its not like you spent and real life money getting to o..
If you wish to have any chance of getting your rank back, you will need to email [email protected] with proof of your rank before you clicked the sign. That is the only possible way to get anything like that back. Good luck, closing this since you have been told how to go about potentially getting it back.
