No support. You don't meet the requirements for 50 post count (messages) 2fa enabled (2 factor authentication) Must be a member for 2 weeks Must have via skype, teamspeak.

When they say "Support" they are telling you whether they support you on your application. It has nothing to do with rank.
i had a personal experience that was not a good one...also i am 13 and my parents aren't to fond with the idea
