On the rules, it said owning tools of any kind isn't allowed. Pretty sure this counts.

 

This isn't a full screenshot. Do you have a screenshot that shows your entire Minecraft screen? 12 hours to do so.

 

That does look like a full screenshot. Look at the centered item bar and the chat.
Also, gold axes used to be tomahawks which were buyable, I'm not sure what the stance of people having them is.

Even though it says they are not, tomahawks are bannable.
