Hello @_Strkiller_ As of now, you don't meet the requirements which are: 50 messages 2 weeks on the forums 2FA enabled Skype/TeamSpeak for offline communication. I've bolded the ones you need, you have 48 hours to meet them.
In order to become mod, you need to have 50 messages on the forums (you have 8), and Skype/TeamSpeak which you didn't answer.
No support. As Tigger has stated you do not meet the requirements, But also have many grammical errors, and I reason that it could be a simple mistake. But if you really took the time to make this application, you should have caught your mistakes. Just a suggestion ❤️ Good luck.
